Body Conditioning

Our classes look to provide a cardio workout and increase your aerobic fitness at the same time as toning and strengthening all the body’s muscle groups. It can be adapted to your current fitness level to ensure a good workout whether you are a complete beginner or a class veteran. We offer Calisthenics workout with body weight, Weight loss programs for obese and Functional & balancing for elderly. Specific post- natal exercise classes, sport specific classes and classes for over 50s mean that body conditioning can be utilized by a broad spectrum of individuals. Flexibility exercises are often included as are core stability exercises, improving the overall wellness of your body and the combination of stationary and dynamic exercises maximizes the number of calories burned during the session.

OLD IS GOLD (Over 50s)

We have designed a fitness package for Over 50s to have an enjoyable time while doing serious exercises. The 2 hours session is split into 2 – the first hour concentrating on Functional and Balancing exercises while the second hour is chair-based exercises including Stretching, Breathing Meditation which ends with mild aerobic-style routines to suitably energising music.

Dance Fitness

Ditch the workout and join the fitness party!A fun but effective workout using dance moves good for both mind and body. Dancing is a great way to tone your body, get exercise, burn calories and keep your mind active. This class will incorporate Zumba Fitness, Bolly Fit and Bhangra Cardio.

Yoga

Stretch and Conditioning - Intermediate

A yoga session , particularly suitable for mature students. The class is a complete practice that includes asanas (physical poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and a short meditation, stretching and strengthening the body . The class will include sun salutations, a standing sequence, balancing, seated poses and twists, and finally a well-deserved relaxation.

Stretch, Meditate, Relax - Beginners

An Hour of Yoga inspired exercises for mind and body which includes Stretching , Breathing exercises( Pranayama), Physical poses (Asanas), Meditation, Relaxing (Savasana).

Martial Arts

Martial arts training aims to result in several benefits to trainees, such as their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Our classes will include Karate, Wushu, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Punching. Through systematic practice in the martial arts a person's physical fitness may be boosted (strength, stamina, flexibility, movement coordination, etc.) as the whole body is exercised and the entire muscular system is activated. Beyond contributing to physical fitness, martial arts training also has benefits for mental health, contributing to self-esteem, self-control, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Self Defense

A self defense course designed to make you more aware, prepared, and ready for any situation that may occur in your everyday life on any given day. Learning the skill, technique, and form to successfully defend yourself in a self-defense situation. It builds confidence in women and kids who are the most vulnerable group among victims of assaults. It teaches women discipline, and that discipline transfers over to all other areas of their lives. It gives overall strength, flexibility, dexterity, and cognitive awareness.
